Over the last one year, we’ve added over 15,900 residential properties across 20 cities on our portal. In this post, we present you the top five most-searched projects of 2018 on RoofandFloor across cities. Trust us; it was a tough task to find five projects out of 15,900! But with the help of our in-house data expert Ganapathy Rama Subramanian, we managed it.
Humming Gardens, Chennai
On the first spot, we have Humming Gardens. Strategically located in Kelambakkam, the project is being constructed in two phases. At present, Phase I is under construction. Developed by Alliance Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd, it offers 88 villas and 203 row villas in 2, 3, and 4BHK configurations.
Excellent connectivity, coupled with proximity to the SIPCOT IT Park, makes Humming Gardens a good investment option. In addition to ample greenery, the project also offers an array of lifestyle amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, grocery store, library, and a coffee shop.
At present, Humming Gardens is priced at Rs 5,353 per sq. ft. Approved by DTCP, the project is expected to be completed in October 2020.

Sumukha Tropical Garden, Bangalore
Our next project is Sumukha Tropical Garden in Bangalore.
Spread across 2 acres, Sumukha Tropical Gardens offers 152 apartments in 1,2,3 and 4BHK configurations. Located in Bilekehalli, along Bannerghatta Road, it boasts of 50% open space.
The project has a terrace swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor shuttle court, and 9,000 sq. ft. of a landscaped central courtyard. The project also has provision for rainwater harvesting as well as an organic waste converter.
The project is BBMP-approved and is also RERA-registered. Currently, under construction, it is slated for possession in October 2020.

XRBIA Vangani, MMR
From Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), XRBIA Vangani was the showstopper. Sprawling over 48 acres, this township is located in Vangani, which is 10km away from the industrial estate of Badlapur. The project offers a total of 7,002 units in 1 and 2BHK configurations along with a few 1RKs.
A large-scale project, it is being built in four phases. The per sq. ft. price for apartments here is Rs 2,793. Though an affordable project, it has all the usual amenities that one could think off. These include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, community hall, kids play area, landscaped gardens, among several others.
Xrbia Vangani is expected to be completed by 2024.

Oberoi Three Sixty West, MMR
Our next project is also in Mumbai.
Located in Worli, Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty offers stunning views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the surrounding seascape. Developed by Oasis Realty—a joint venture of the reputed Oberoi Realty group and Sahana, the project has two towers, of which one will comprise private residences and the other tower is slated to be occupied by Ritz-Carlton. Interestingly, once completed, the project will become the second tallest residential building in India with 85 floors.
At present, the starting price of the units is Rs 25,482.

DMK Stella, Moshi
On the last spot, we have DMK Stella.
Spread over 7.98 acres, the project has three towers with 15 floors in each tower. It offers 315 units in 1 and 2BHK configurations in varied sizes.
The 1BHK units range from 432 sq. ft. to 453 sq. ft, while 2BHK units are available in the sizes of 578 sq. ft. and 608 sq. ft. The project is RERA-registered and slated for completion in Feb 2018.
Being located in Moshi, the project is attracting housing demand from professionals working in the Bhosari and Chakan industrial belt. The project also enjoys good accessibility to the Pune Airport, which is located about 24km from here and can be reached in just 40 minutes via Wagholi Road. Residents can also enjoy Moshi’s serene environment as it is situated along the Indrayani River and the Mumbai-Nashik Highway.
