The CREDAI Telangana STATECON 2024 Conference was held in Hyderabad on the 20th of August this month. The convention’s theme was ‘Telangana Going Global’, highlighting the state’s growth and future potential.
Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, and Bhongir MLA Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy inaugurated the conference by CREDAI Telangana.
The conference by CREDAI Telangana was attended by over 900 member developers from Telangana. They were able to acquire new perspectives from industry experts, policymakers, and stakeholders about new methods, emerging trends, and collaboration opportunities in the real estate sector of Hyderabad.
CREDAI Telangana Statecon 2024 Conference: Proposed Plans
The sessions at Statecon 2024 focused on the opportunities and challenges of going global with a focus on the existing landscape, drafting a blueprint of success for the real estate sector, making the State a global investment destination, developing a roadmap for upskilling the youth to seize opportunities, and building a sustainable, green, and smart Telangana.
Mr. E. Premsagar Reddy the president of CREDAI Telangana said, “The government is in the process of acquiring 1000 acres of land to establish medical tourism in Shamshabad”.
Premsagar Reddy added, “The government has also said that it will establish ORR and the radial road connecting Warangal to the National Highways and convert the city into a health and Eco-tourism destination, all of which will contribute towards growth”.
“Such activities across districts would spur rapid growth and create a demand for world-class real estate throughout the state, presenting new prospects for the industry.”
According to G Ajay Kumar, secretary of CREDAI Telangana, “Telangana, a notable hub for pharma and health tech in Asia with an industry worth more than $86 billion, is well-positioned to become a global center for IT and medical tourism under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s innovative leadership. This development is expected to reenergize the state’s real estate sector.”
