Bangalore luxury homes in demand! High-net-worth individuals, wealthy non-resident Indians, and executives in the C-suite are the primary purchasers of luxury houses priced at ₹30 crore or more.
This trend in Bangalore luxury homes raises the question: Is Bengaluru edging closer to Mumbai in the luxury homes segment?
Bengaluru has recently experienced an increase in demand for high-end residential units, despite Mumbai being known for its uber-luxury property segment in India.
The city is experiencing a surge in the number of buyers in the ultra-luxury housing market due to robust economic development and the increasing aspirations of its residents.
The sale value of Bangalore Luxury Homes has reached as high as ₹50 crore.
