Mark Zuckerberg once said, “Messaging is one of the few things that people do more than social networking.” Indeed. WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger process 60 billion messages a day, which is three times more than the worldwide volume of regular SMS. That’s the power of these new-age messaging mediums.
With 1.5 billion global users now and increasingly secure encryption, WhatsApp is one of the world’s most powerful apps. RoofandFloor has now introduced added WhatsApp chat to make it even easier for you to buy your home.
How it works
Well, let’s say you like a project but do not have the time to go through the details on the web. All you have to do is to click on the WhatsApp button, and you will get all the details on your mobile. Also, you can chat with our customer support executive anytime, from anywhere.
“We want to provide support for our homebuyers by having a chat window on all RoofandFloor pages. The idea is to provide instant assistance to customers who are looking for support on their property buying needs,” says Avinash MB, Head, Digital Marketing, RoofandFloor.
While there was always a chat option on all RoofandFloor pages, WhatsApp offers more.
“When the chat ended, the connection was broken. With WhatsApp, we are aiming to maintain a connection with our users. We want our users to think of us as their friend in their home buying journey,” says Sudha Pradeep, Head, Chat Support, RoofandFloor.
Clearly, mobile is the way forward for the Indian consumer.
“We have received a tremendous response to this new feature. We get around 70-100 users per day on WhatsApp enquiring about different properties, asking for recommendations, and requesting site visits. We have also scaled up our team over the last 6-9 months to meet the growing customer demand,” informs Avinash.
