Based on these searches we have been able to extract the top searched localities in Hyderabad and believe that these areas would continue to be hot in terms of homebuyer interest in 2017 also.
The list of top localities in Hyderabad are
- Kondapur – It is considered as one of the posh localities of Hyderabad as it is located in the Cyberabad IT Zone. Financial hubs like Cyber towers and Raheja IT Park also lies in close vicinity to the location. These are the reasons why Kondapur is on the top of our list with 7.8% search share among all the localities in Hyderabad.
- Kukatpally – Kukatpally is also known as IT hub of the city with the presence of companies like Amazon.com, Accenture, Infosys, Microsoft, Polaris, Sierra Atlantic and TCS.
