Status: Under-construction | USP: 80% open space

Located in Kondapur, Aparna Serene Park offers premium 3BHK apartments in a gated community.

Sprawling across 19 acres, Serene Park boasts of 80% open space offering a peaceful lifestyle to its residents.

Additionally, there is also a 57,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
