Keeping its promise of helping customers buy their dream home, RoofandFloor, in partnership with The Hindu, has launched the Great Indian Home Sale (GIHS). For the first time in the Indian realty market, properties by leading developers in Bangalore and Chennai are being put up for bidding on an online platform. Though the concept has garnered huge traction in the overseas market, in India, it is relatively new.

So, what is unique about GIHS? Well, GIHS is India’s first home buying mela spread across two cities – Bangalore and Chennai. You can now bid on the properties you love at the price you want. You also get to choose from the best projects from top builders, and access discounts of Rs 1 lakh and above, exclusive to GIHS.

The GIHS Advantage

  • Great Prices: Properties at prices you’ve never dreamt of!
  • Avoid Long Negotiations: Set your price and avoid the hassle of lengthy price negotiations!
  • Best Projects: Choose from exclusive properties from top builders in Chennai and Bengaluru

GIHS will be open for bidding from November 29 to December 3.
