Our sales executive recently paid a visit to Casagrand Zenith, an under-construction project by Casagrand. Here’s what he found.
Facts at a glance
Launched in July 2019, Casagrand Zenith is spread across 7.46 acres of land. It offers a total of 949 apartments, of which 532 are part of Phase II. In terms of BHK, one can select from a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations.
Currently, under construction, the project is slated for possession in April 2022.

Location and accessibility
Casagrand Zenith is conveniently located in Medavakkam, making prime areas on GST Road like St Thomas Mount, Chromepet, and Pallavaram easily accessible. It is also close to the upcoming suburbs like Ponmar, Sithilapakkam, and Otiyambakkam. The project is about 26 minutes or 13.9km away from Chennai International Airport and approximately 6km from Velachery Railway Station.
Being close to Sholinganallur, the residents of this project can make good use of the SEZ or IT park there to find employment opportunities.
Zenith occupies a plum spot in the high-growth South Chennai region preferred by corporates, which makes buying a home here a strategic long-term investment decision.

Most of the units in Casagrand Zenith are Vaastu-compliant. All units have South-West bedrooms, bathrooms in either North-West or South-East. None of the units has an entrance in the South-West.
Additionally, all the units are designed to get maximum lighting and cross-ventilation for most of the day. No two units in the project overlook each other. All bedrooms and balconies are planned to look into either external or internal landscaped podiums, ensuring every room has good views.
