OVERVIEW OF MAJESTIQUE LANDMARK

Majestique Landmark was incorporated in 1975 as a Textile company, by Dwarkadas Maheswari. It grew to include production facilities Surat, Varanasi, Bengaluru and Mumbai, and 30 retail outlets, under the leadership of his son Shyamkumar Maheshwari.

The company commenced its journey into real estate business in 2007, under the leadership of his other son Manish Maheshwari. They have Ready to Occupy projects like Majestique Skypark, in Kondhwa Budruk Pune which is a high-end project and Majestique Vanalika, in Pirangut Pune is an affordable project.

They have successfully constructed residential projects in Pune. As the success of the real estate projects grew, the business was thrust into full speed. They started initiating a variety of residential developments across the city that were aimed at an array of customer categories. Ongoing Projects like Majestique Mantra Alkasa, in Undri Pune and Majestique Aqua, in Fursungi Pune are also a great showcase for their expertise and dedication.
