We are in construction business since 1993 in Chennai. We have constructed more than 50 posh apartments of about 500,000 sft in Mylapore, Abiramapuram, Alwarpet, T Nagar, Adyar and Tiruvanmiyur - priced at Rs. 100 to Rs. 250 Lakhs. www.srigurukrupa.com).
We have diversified to construct compact apartments in the divine and bhakti Kshetras like Govindapuram (Sri Bodhendral) – on the banks of Veeracholanaru and Thiruvidaimaruthur (Satguru Swamigal) near Kumbakonam as advised by our Acharyas and the Gurus. We constructed RAM NIVAS I & II, comprised of about 60 flats in GOVINDAPURAM - with Lift and Covered carpark / Genset - priced at Rs. 3 Lakhs to Rs. 8 Lakhs in 2002 – 2006, We constructed BRINDAVAN, comprising of Villas and Apartments, with Restaurant, Genset and Housekeeping facility in 2010. Some units are permanently occupied by Senior Citizens. Some occupants preferred self cooking and others availing common facilities. Unoccupied units are taken back by us on monthly rental basis and now operated asAditya Heritage Resorts and Hotels since 2010 – serving as Holiday Homes to orthodox pilgrims.
