Our Construction firm Sai Neeraj Constructions was founded by T V Suresh garu and T Rajeswari garu. Since 1993, we have been in business. We are a family-run business that continually evolves and improves withlst aims to scale up very soon. The Director of the Company, Mr. T V Suresh, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the Osmania University in Hyderabad in 1990. His studies included a Master of Technology (M.Tech), specializing in structural engineering. He is an expert in construction, development, design, and real estate. In the real estate sector, he has over three decades of experience. Since the Company's incorporation, Mr. T V Suresh has been serving as a Director.

In the company, Mr. T V Suresh plays a crucial role in designing and constructing projects. He is well versed in project planning, designing, implementing, & marketing. He plays a key role in structuring the design. He holds a Builder's & Structural license.

In addition to overseeing the Company's daily activities, Mr. Suresh plays a key role in determining its future strategy.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced with a broad and deep understanding of the trends, future of construction, different methodologies, and strategies. Proven track record of successfully completing multiple projects at the same time. Also, Mr. T V Suresh is a member of several national and international boards and bodies. He has extensive knowledge of Indian and international real estate law.

Mr. T V Suresh built Philanthropy works. As a sponsor, he funded Vishwa Mangala Goshala. Currently, he serves as president of Vishwa Mangala Goushala in Medchal.
