ADHI SHANKARA PROMOTERS (P) LTD is a unique firm, which has a history of designing the dreams of various classes of society through their diverse projects. The foundation of ADHI SHANKARA PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED has been in its verifiable financial strength, demonstrated management expertise and in the committed and synergistic alliances it has nurtured and developed with its clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees.
The Company was started in 1998 under the name and style of “Yes R Builders“ a partnership firm which bagged a contract to construct Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering at Tambaram which was more than 1,00,000 sq.ft. to start with and then followed by a few more residential projects in and around Tambaram until 2005. The Partners then started a proprietorship firm in the name of “ADHI SHANKARA PROMOTERS” in the year 2006 and completed more than ten individual residential constructions. Last year, we have completed a luxury “Jaya Villa” project comprised of four units.
The firm has been converted into a Private Limited Company in December, 2011. “ADHI SHANKARA PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED” is currently embarked in a new project by the name “PARVATHY GARDEN” at West Tambaram. The land is owned by one of our Directors.
