Finishing

Walls

Putti will be applied on the internal walls and finished with 2 coats of emulsion in stages in all internal areas of the Flat except Toilets, Balconies, Service, OTS etc

External walls of the complex will be finished with 2 coats of weather proof exterior Emulsion.

Cement paint will be applied selectively in certain areas other than quoted above.
