He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineer from the prestigious Institute Government Polytechnic Mumbai.
Rashmikant Deliwala serves as Director and has significant experience in the Real Estate Industry. Prior to joining the Company, he had very successfully completed few prestigious projects like Sankalp Residency, Symphony Apartment, Vastu Bhoomi, Vastu Row Houses, and was also associated with leading construction company at Mumbai and Bangalore like Shalimar Builders, Shalimar Builders & Developers, Kohinoor Developers, Ruby Developers. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineer from the prestigious Institute Government Polytechnic Mumbai.
Virendra Bhagat serves as Director and has significant experience in Construction & Interior Decoration. He had very successfully completed various Turnkey projects for ICICI Bank all over India, Seven Seas Hospital at Andheri Mumbai and presently running his own companies like Vinay Construction, Unnati Associates & Ether Furniture Art Accessories. He holds a B E. in Civil Engineer from the prestigious Institute Victoria Jublie Technical Institute Mumbai.
Situl Vira serves as the Director responsible for Sales and Marketing. He brings with him vast experience in the field of sales and marketing. He has a broad range of responsibilities that include business development, sales management, customer relationship management and corporate communications for the Company and also associated with Fashion Textiles Business at Mumbai.
