The firm has recently Delivered a Residential Apartment ‘Kruthika Heights’ in Shetty Halli , Jalajalli west which is approved by BBMP and 80% is sold out.

In view of moving in to a space of Premium segment, J K Developers has come up with the Villa Project ‘Suchiraa Villas’ in Shetty Halli , Jalahalli West. Project has obtained all Government approvals required and started construction of Villas from Jan 2014.
