While buying a villa with us the customer is free from all trust related uncertainties that an apartment buyer has to go through. Customer funds are 100% safe throughout the engagement by stage wise payment till the Villa is handed over. In the first stage itself land is registered to the customer.
Customizations at plot and Villa sizes are open for customers. Our designs are not predefined. The approach is distinct from usual Villa projects where land and Villa designs are predefined. We will provide the customers with most updated designs from which customers can select. However customer can also work with our design team to get a plan that suites them the best.
Customer’s with us gets to choose at every stage of the construction starting right from the selection of the plots. Our customers also gets to collaborate with the design team and choose what design would be best for them.
