Natesan Housing Private Limited is a fourth generation company, which entered into the Srirangam housing market in 1989 and we continue to enjoy the patronage of the customers since then. We plan to be among the first to bring a high tech community living in Trichy.
Currently the company is developing a Rs. 150 Crore residential project 'Ponni Delta' on the banks of River Cauvery in Trichy. The company is also building Chariot Flats, first luxury apartment in the heart Thiruvarur. The Company strongly believes in the future of Integrated Townships in the developing Tier II cities of South India.
