The airport is located 40 kilometres away from OMR.

Six kilometres by drive would take you to KR Puram Bridge and KR Puram Railway Station and a five kilometres drive will take you to Whitefield. OMR has a six lane way that a vehicle can literally glide through to several IT parks and the Airport.

Given that OMR houses a blend of both, residential and commercial establishments, there has been an upswing in the number of malls, restaurants, hospitals, petrol bunks, schools and colleges. There are also markets that host all kinds of stores, shops and other requirement drive shops and establishments.
