Bangalore Real Estate – IIMB In a pact with Bangalore Apartment’s Federation-News article.
Here’s some news for Bangalore’s real estate to aid homeowners. A Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) was signed between Bangalore Apartments’ Federation(BAF) and the Real Estate Research Initiative(RERI) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore(IIMB) to partner on activities associated with enlightening potential homeowners, and existing house owners as well as residential communities within Bangalore.
The affiliation’s target is to help around 1300 apartments and villas Resident Welfare Association (RWA) members, totaling nearly 300,000 households and about 1.5 million people. It’s a good sign for Bangalore Real Estate.
BAF speaks for Bangalore’s homeowners and is based on a concentration on RERI-IIMB to moot fundamental changes in how Bangalore Real Estate is functioning within the city. Keeping this as the prime motive is a partnership that focuses on research and knowledge creation between BAF and RERI-IIMB as they are involved in making white papers, publications, articles, and thought-leadership content that touches on issues affecting potential homebuyers, existing homeowners in general, and the Bangalore Real Estate industry.
This study seeks to influence Bangalore Real Estate concerning governmental policies and regulations, promoting the best practices concerning how resources are managed, such as water and energy use, waste disposal methods, ensuring the safety, security, and health of citizens, harnessing sports potentials, as well as promote cultural integration which enhances city economic prosperity.
“BAF has grown as a community platform for housing societies in Bangalore,” said Vikram Rai, who serves as the current President of BAF. “We are pleased about working with RERI-IIMB and expect this partnership to add tremendous value to residential communities in Bangalore.”
Prof. Venkatesh Panchapaganesan, chairperson of the Real Estate Research Initiative and faculty at IIMB says, “The engagement today is the first significant community-based activity ever carried out by RERI. The earliest objective we have in mind now would involve partnering with BAF to run a training session in which apartment residents can become good managers in their apartment complexes.”
