By reducing sale numbers, dedicating a portion of land for plotted layouts is turning to be a profitable option for developers. At present, Chennai has several ongoing plotted projects. However, one should be very careful before investing in a plot as the market is dominated by several unapproved plotted layouts.
Here is a list of top five projects by reputed builders in Chennai that are safe to invest in!
Casagrand Uptown
