Liked a property which doesn’t fit the budget? Well, don’t worry. Negotiating the price with the builder just got easy. Select your preferred BHK unit and click on the Negotiate Price Button. Just name your price and you are done.
Your price will be shared with the builder. Additionally, you will also get the contact details (name, mobile number, and email) of the builder’s sales person on your registered mobile number and email.
Price trends
For those looking to buy a property for investment, price trends are very crucial information. Also, it is essential to see how the property of their interest is faring when compared to similar properties in the area. Our price trends just do that for investors.
