What we were looking for: Ready-to-move-in properties
Where: Bommanhalli
Status: Construction is completed for all the units in the project. Property registration is also completed for most of the flats.
Availability: Out of the total units, 1,508 units are already sold, and only 106 are remaining. About 19 units are left in the 2BHK segment, 42 units in 3BHK, and 45 units in the 4BHK segment.
Phase I of the project was completed in 2013 while the apartments in the second phase were handed over to buyers in 2017.
We paid a visit to the project, and here are our findings:

The first phase of the project was launched in 2009, while the second phase was launched in 2013.
A premium project, Greenage sprawls across 21 acres. It offers a total of 1,676 units in 2,3, and 4BHK configurations spread across ten towers.

Location and accessibility
Strategically located on Hosur Main Road, Greenage enjoys easy accessibility to IT hubs, schools, hospitals, and entertainment centres. Being right next to Koramangala, it has every convenience within a 10-minute radius. At present, the nearest Metro station is at Swami Vivekananda Road, which is about 4.2km from the project.
Workplace: The Electronic City is about 10km from here and can be reached within 30 minutes via National Highway 44.
Schools: Royal Convent School, Presidency School, and St Paul’s English School are some of the renowned schools that are within 5km of the project.
Healthcare: Prashanth Hospital, Kavya Hospital, and Sree Lakshmi Multi Speciality Hospital are some of the nearest hospitals.
The Vaastu quotient
About 75% of the units in Salarpuria Greenage are Vaastu-compliant. Additionally, all the units are designed in a specific way to get maximum lighting and cross-ventilation for most of the day.

Price
At the time of writing this review, the per sq. ft. rate is Rs 9,700. The project launch price in 2009 was Rs 3,100 sq. ft.
The preferential location charge for this project is Rs 200 per sq. ft. for the courtyard view. The floor rise charge is Rs 25 per sq. ft.

In terms of indoor amenities, there are two well-equipped gymnasiums, an indoor pool, restaurant, guest suites, aerobic floor, supermarket, pharmacy, reading room, salons, mini theatre, and much more.
