Kamakshie Constructions is a fast growing entity in Pune's real estate scenario particularly in the field of redevelopment.
Established in 1985, Kamakshie Constructions commenced its operations in Pune and Mumbai with construction work on a turn-key basis. Starting off with bungalows and residential buildings, it entered the domain of industrial buildings, educational institutes as well as hospitals thereby completing more than 20 lakh sq. ft. of construction work. After laying the strong foundation in this field, Kamakshie Constructiions enhanced its scope to redevelopment. The journey started with the redevelopment of 'Prerana' at PaudPhata comprising of 3 towers with a total area of about 40,000 sq. ft. Thereafter the company has successfully completed projects in different areas including Erandwana,Dahanukar Colony, Mukund Nagar etc.

Starting with the Redevelopment of 'Prerana - A, B & C' at Erandwana, it has mastered the complex art of redevelopment, by virtue of its experience and expertise. With prime emphasis on delivering quality construction, Kamakshie Constructiions has carved out a niche for itself in this industry.
