The company was incorporated with authorized and paid up capital of INR 1,00,000/- [ one lac only] by Mr.Dhawal Vidwans, Mr. Gaurav Vidwans, Col. Shrikant Joshi (Retd ). Mr. Dhawal Vidwans & Col.Shrikant Joshi are the directors of the company.
