Spread across 12 acres of land in the region of Ambernath, with 11 towers of apartments available at 12 storeys each, our project Mohan Nano Estates truly lives up to its tagline of “A home for everyone”. Offering a dual dynamic set of homes available in the form of studios or single bedroom apartments, this larger than life township presents a chance to begin a new chapter of life in homes that have been designed to induce the maximum usage of the area.

Mohan Nano Estates possesses a range of amenities that cater to residents across all walks of life, including a senior citizen park, a children's play area, gazebo, clubhouse, landscaped garden and a gymnasium.

Setting up our project in the heart of Ambernath, a name that literally means the ‘Lord of the Sky’, is one of the most noted features of Mohan Nano Estates, seeing as how the region stands as a serene, green and culturally rich town. Ambernath is called home by residents who belong to a wide gamut of religions, each one living in harmony with the other. Since the beginning of our venture, we at Mohan Group have sustained the mission of “Going Green’, spreading this initiative to all of our projects by way of their home facilities. At Mohan Nano Estates, we have incorporated measures such as energy efficient lighting fixtures, energy efficient ventilation systems, eco-friendly garbage disposal system, and an on-site nursery. Along with that, we have also implemented measures with the endeavour of preserving water sources such as low flow shower heads, dual flush toilets, and a hybrid ecosystem to help recycle water for varied purposes. With such measures in place, we have taken it upon ourselves to help build a better and brighter future.
