With more than 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry, the Proprietor of M/s. Zenith Properties, Mr. Sanjay P Vora, being a skilled and qualified engineer is spearheading the growth of the firm as well as group companies. Belonging to a family, which has Construction (Builder and Developer) as a business for about last 50 years, and have built over more than 100 buildings and housed more than 3500 families till date.

Our Group of Companies including Partnership Firms have constructed various residential as well as residential cum commercial projects in Mumbai, Thane (Mira – Bhayander Belt) and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region such as Vasai Virar Belt, Palghar. These projects range from Multi Storied buildings to Row Houses and Bungalows, Residential Buildings to Holiday Homes, Educational Institutes to Resorts, Society Redevelopment to Slum Redevelopment, Dream Homes to Second Homes.

It is the immense experience of our qualified team of engineers, supervisors and labor contractors which turns any “dream project” into a reality. And with this ongoing success, we are confident and capable to undertake projects up to 5,00,000 sq ft at any point of time. We believe in Quality Construction delivered within the Scheduled Time Frame.

Apart from executing new projects, we also undertake Contracts of Projects on Turn Key Basis. Our team has so far constructed and delivered more than One Million Sq Ft of work. We also offer Project Consultancy for High Valued Projects to other Developers and Contractors. We have immense experience and have provided our services for Projects worth more than 600 Million INR.

We also have an offshoot arm which is in the business of Hospitality by the name of Sai Park Vacation Home at Lonavala. We intend to develop the project into a Dream Resort.

We are also into leasing of Commercial and Residential Premises in Mumbai and Thane.
