Spearheaded by our Managing Director, Mr. VP Saidalavi alias Mr. Bava, Executive Director, Mr. Ashil VP & Director, Mrs K Ramla, Clearway Builders came into formation in the year 2004. Initiated into the construction business in Calicut, through a strong presence in Kerala, we made our brand presence felt in the realty segment.

With more than a decade of experience, we have taken it slow and steady by delivering quality home spaces in Kochi’s prime spots, featuring world – class amenities, namely Gran'diose in MG Road, Colossal in Palarivattom and Celestiale in Kadavanthra. Having made a commendable feat in Kerala’s commercial capital, Kochi, we intend to make our presence felt in the prime spots of Kerala. Next in line, we have Clearway Astrum, a premium apartment project in Kochi awaiting to be launched soon.

But the turning point was when we completed and delivered the First 50,000 sq.ft area Private Bus Terminal in Kerala, at Ramanattukara, Calicut, and the adjacent commercial complex Regent Plaza.

Regardless of the size, sector, location or complexity of a project, we will confidently deliver.

Our mission is to make Clearway Builders synonymous to QUALITY by maintaining a strict decorum of focusing and completing the project at hand and hence emerging as the preferred home - maker in the city by continuous innovation, growth and exceptional atmosphere and fulfilling all of our customers' and employees' needs.
