Tranquillo projects and holdings private limited, with its office at 3rd floor, Xenospace Building, opposite Karachi Bakery, adjacent to Pizza Hut, Madhapur main road, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, was established in 2018 with the vision of creating housing for all, to provide quality homes using innovative construction techniques and methods, at affordable prices. In a short span of time, the company has acquired projects with over 9 lakh square feet of proposed residential built up area.
Some projects being, Hillside Ananda (Chandanagar, 55 apartments) and MPR Urban City (Patancheru, 745 apartments). Tranquillo Projects also has upcoming projects planned in Shankarpally and Depally. The company is also an active member of the Telangana Real Estate Developers Association.
