TDI boasts of an enviable track record of delivering 15 million sq. ft. In all its 25 years, we can proudly say that we have never missed a deadline and have been always been successful in delighting our clients and homeowners by matching construction standards that are truly world class in every sense of the term.
Over the years, TDI has successfully completed projects like TDI Westside Mall in Lajpat Nagar (better known as 3Cs), TDI Mall and TDI Paragon in Rajouri Garden, TDI Mall in Agra, Palm Court in Gurgaon, TDI Center in Jasola and Southern Park in Saket. . Besides these completed projects, TDI is also developing Mall cum multiplexes in major cities of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
In Kundli, Panipat, Mohali I & II and Moradabad - erstwhile backwaters languishing in the Northern belt of India, TDI influenced the forward surge of these towns by delivering five renowned townships spread over an area of 2480 acres. These townships served as a beacon of rapid economic and social development of these towns. They were influential in drawing the interest of global and national businesses, skilled professionals and organizations resulting in the rapid economic development of these towns. In addition to the integrated townships, we completed a total of 9 commercial projects and 7 highly ambitious retail projects, with many more in the pipeline.
Given the enormous success and far reaching social and economic impact of our townships, we have earmarked another 2600 acres of residential and commercial projects which are being rapidly developed and would soon be completed.
