KBNOWS is the society registered under the society registration act 1860. The society was registered initially with 12 members and gradually working area of the society is considered to be pan India basis. During the span of time, society and its executive members put their best efforts to generate the members in the society from all walks of life. Highly qualified professionals and govt. servants attached to the society with efforts of executive members, KBNOWS committed itself to achieve its goals by providing results to its members. KBNOWS has been working towards the achievement of goals for the betterment of its members. As time moved, the members of the KBNOWS desired to come under one roof due to the similar thoughts, understanding, like-mindedness & attitudes most importantly to preserve the status of each member under one roof seeing the standard of each and every member which is based on the job profile.Thus, the society is having members from the field of Public/ Govt. sectors including officials/ specialists, Defense Personnel’s (Serving and Retired both), self professionals from all cadres. With growing memberships of KBNOWS, the need aroused for its members to gather all under one roof. Thus all the members authorized the executive of the KBNOWS to initiate efforts to bring its members under one roof. KBNOWS entered into an agreement with Rudra Build Well Constructions Pvt. Ltd. On behalf of the society for providing flats to its members as per the wish of its members. Thus, the society acts as a facilitator between the members of the society and M/s Rudra Build Well Constructions Pvt. Ltd. For providing Flat/ Houses to its members on lower than the market price with a view to take advantage of the group of members which as decided earlier on consensus fixed the booking of flats @ 25% lower rates comparing the market rate. M/s Rudra Build well Constructions Pvt. Ltd. has assured and undertaken/ bound to provide the flats/ house to the members of the society strictly at the agreed rates and quality which is 25% higher in terms of resistance to earth-quake even at the 9-10 Richter scale along with best building material ensuring strength than needed. With all these endeavors, KBNOWS family has grown to more than 8000 members at present. M/s Rudra Build well Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is managed by highly qualified professionals who are fully engrossed to ensure that the company maintains its high standards in quality construction, timely delivery and customer satisfaction. KBNOWS has always strived hard to keep its commitments and thus enjoys an extremely resonant reputation in the industry. Apart from all these, KBNOWS has been providing medical as well as hospitality services to its members at very lowest rates which are amongst the foremost vision to deliver necessary services at concessional prices. At present, number of hospitals & Hotels are empanelled with us. Very Shortly KBNOWS is going to launch new hospitality projects in all metro cities & all the capital cities in the next stage. Also, in the coming future, KBNOWS is pursuing other industries to deliver the goods in bulk volumes at concessional rates to our members.
