M/S CHARMS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated in the year of “1996” as a private limited company by Mr. Ajay Singhal and Mr. Sanjay Singhal as founder directors to promote construction of quality flats & commercial complexes. The directors are engaged in the business of real estate development for approx 20 years.
The Company is founded on the motto to improve the living standard of the people by providing them their dream home at a reasonable price. The company strongly believes in the notion- “Customer Satisfaction is Our Reward”. To make homes is not a mere construction activity for us, but to achieve the faith and support of our valuable customers is our goal. To fulfill this motto, the company has undertaken several residential projects in Shalimar Garden, Rajender Nagar and Indirapuram, Ghaziabad covering about 500 flats and commercial projects with about 200 shops. Apart from this, Company has also completed a project named “Charms Solitaire” containing 164 flats of 2, 3 BHK and a Project named “Le-Crescent” equipped with 42 air-conditioned service apartments, Centralized AC restaurant, 1 Conference Hall, 2 Party Halls & 1 Kitty Party Hall with ample space of parking.
