Mr. Ulagappan, is the proprietor of M/s Patteeswara Developers India Pvt.Ltd. He started his career with M/s Mercantile Credit Corporation Limited, Coimbatore branch as Senior Assistant. He served the Company for a decade during which period he excelled in the finance business. His business acumen was amply certified. This prompted him to start his own finance firm called M/s Mahalakshmi Finance at Coimbatore. His brain child is the new financial institution firm called M/s Carthic Chit Corporation.
As a measure of improvement and diversification in business activities M/s Carthic Credits Ltd decided to enter flat promotion activity and completed its maiden project at Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore. In order to expand and develop properties, the proprietorship companies have been converted into Private Ltd Companies.
