SHANTINIKETAN, a partnership firm promoted by Mr.Kamal Gupta - A graduate civil engineer from IIT Delhi, who has been in the property development business since 1973.
He started his career as a partner in M/s. C Lyall & Co in Delhi. During this stint he had executed 2 landmark buildings - the Press Trust of India Building on Parliament Street and 23 Storey Vikas Minar of DDA at IP Estate.
He subsequently moved to Chennai and joined Southern Investments (SI Properties) as one of the 4 partners and served as Joint Managing Director of SI Properties till 2000.
