Sai Builders was founded in the Year 1986 by P. Manishankar, Which Was started out as a small firm now has grown in multitudes over the years. We are proud in the fact that we feel we are pioneers when it comes to quality construction. We have completed around 240+ projects in Chennai out of which we have completed more than a 100 projects in Velachery alone. We feel we have a strong base in Velachery which has been possible through our diligent staff, high quality construction and our esteemed customers.To us nothing is more important than customer satisfaction. we strive hard to ensure that our customers are content with the end product that they receive in means of both quality and cost. Over the years we have changed our methodology and approach to construction to ensure that our final products are above the market standards, and it is this approach which has made us experts in crack free and sound structural buildings.
