The company was formed in 1989 by an aspiring engineering graduate who has explored into the field through his father Mr. Muniyandi – a renowned building contractor of the past decades.Thus we are the fourth generation builder.
We are in the market for 25 years and have completed more than 200 projects.
Over these years we have built many projects in and around Chennai, each unique and different from the other.
