Connection Point is operating in Chennai since 1988. It has been and will be a family run Organization with Professionalism being key strong point to provide our customer with innovative solutions.
Currently we are sole selling agents for the Modern Housing construction & properties Ltd., Real Foundation & Korai Builders & Promoters and also selling agent for Maruthi Builders, Abad Builders & Aqaar Properties (Dubai) and a host of other developers in South India . It is one of the founding members of CREAA (Chennai Real Estate Agents Association) and our director Mr. Yasser Rahman serves as the Elected Treasurer of CREAA as well.
Connection Point was started in 1988 in a small office in Egmore. It has and will always be a family run organization, with professionalism being the key strong point together with a lot of personal interaction with our clients. The key person behind the show is Mr. Abdur Rahman. With over 25 years experience in the field, he is known to be a fabulous negotiator giving both buyer and seller something to smile about. Mr.Abdur Rahman, who is also well known for his people skills, was awarded the 'King of Real Estate' award in 1995. Mr.Abdur Rahman then diversified into other related fields such as construction and hospitality, and successfully runs a lot of other companies.
Yasser Rahman took after his father and wants to take the real estate business to a whole different level. Known for his professional outlook and optimism, he dreams big and is very passionate about the real estate industry. Yasser Rahman now represents the company at all outside events and serves as the face of the company.
Last but not the least, Late H.H Azeez Sait, Father or Mr.Abdur Rahman who worked hard to put in a sense of understanding, punctuality and people skills into the company to make its name be a renowned and respected one in the real estate business. His presence will forever be missed.
