VII.Over Head Tanks : Two common overhead Tanks for Borewell & Metro Water respectively. (with partition in Metro water Tank up to a certain height inside Tank)

External walls of the complex will be finished with 2 coats of weather proof exterior Emulsion – ASIAN Paints

 

Cement paint will be applied selectively in certain areas other than quoted above.

 

XI.Finishing - Doors & Windows:

 

Entrance Door with varnish melamine finish.

 

Doors other than Toilet doors with One side of Varnish and inside painted.

 

Toilet Doors – Both sides painted.
