I.Flooring And Tiling
Living And dining:
-Botticcino marble or equivalent.
-Hardwood (real wood) flooring.
-Hardwood (real wood) flooring.
-Anti-skid vitrified tiles.
-Glazed tiles on the walls up to the false ceiling in all bathrooms except the master bathroom. In the master bathroom, Bissazza / equivalent will e used, and flooring will be non-skid tiles.
II.Sanitary & Plumbing:
-Western style, wall-mounted closet with ceramic cistern. Porcelain washbasin.
-In master bedroom toilet.
-In all other toilets.
-All faucets shall use chrome-plated metal fittings. Hot water connection shall be provided to the shower and washbasin in each bathroom and to the sink in the kitchen.
-Designer bathroom attached to master bedroom.
-A stainless sink with drain board of Nirali / Franke or equivalent.
III.Doors & Windows
-All doorframes shall be 5” X 3” teakwood sections.
-In teakwood sections with 5mm clear float glass.
-Entrance door to each house will be of teakwood with matching frame. All internal doors shall be in prefabricated panels or in ply provided with a natural wood veneer.
Fittings & Fixtures:
-Ceiling fans shall be provided in all the bedrooms and living / dining areas. Geysers of 25 litres capacity shall be provided in all the bathrooms except in the servant’s toilet.
Phone & TV:
-Telephone / Modem point in all bedrooms and in the living room. Individual DTH television connection and telephone points shall be provided in all rooms.
-Entire apartment will be wi-fi enabled.
-A generator shall be provided to all the light points, fan points, 5 amp sockets, etc., i.e. to the entire lighting circuit in each unit, up to a capacity of 3.0 KVA per unit.
-Electric chimney, 4-burner cooking hob, dishwasher equipment, stainless steal backing plate.
V.Woodwork & Accessories
-Modular kitchen, as per design.
-Wardrobes with dressing table and mirror (as per defined sizes).
-Mirrors with backing ply & edge trim.
-Individual pool with equipment in every apartment.
-Individual split air-conditioners in all bedrooms.
-EPABX connection between security and the apartment.
-LPG gas leak detector.
-Piped gas supply to all kitchens.
-Tata Sky connection in living room and master bedroom.
-Boltz Home Automation System covering security and safety aspects, with the option to upgrade.
