Doors:     Main door: Teak wood frame and Teak wood shutter. Internal door: Sal wood frame with designer skin molded shutters. Windows: 3 Track aluminum powder coated sliding windows with mosquito mesh and safety MS grills. Electrical: Copper wiring with an anchor or equivalent switches and sockets. Water Supply: Adequate water supply through bore well.

Toilets: Anti-skid tiles for flooring. Glazed ceramic tiles dado up to 7' height for walls.
