Narayan Ne Shri Raj is one of the popular residential projects that is located in Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore. Specification of Narayan Ne Shri Raj

The building will be an RCC framed structure with necessary columns and beams. Necessary anti termite treatment will be done. Roof top will be tiled with Clay tiles for water proofing.

All the external walls will be made of solid cement concrete blocks 6 thick, and the internal walls of 4 thick cement concrete blocks.

Kitchen : It will have polished, black granite, cooking platform with a medium sized stainless steel / granite sink. On one side of the kitchen wall open shelves of polished cudapah slabs will be provided for storage purposes. The kitchen flooring will be of Grey or any other colour Ceramic tiles (plain). In each kitchen 2 taps will be provided for the sink, one for the Corporation over head tank water and the other for the water from the borewell. Over the working platform, for a height of about 2, plain Ceramic tiles (of a light colour) 12 x8 in size, will be provided. One exhaust fan of standard size will be provided in the kitchen.

Windows : All the windows will have Aluminum sections with glazed shutters, frosted / plain glass (2.75 mm thick) and the necessary guard bars / grills which will be painted with enamel paint.

Flooring : Living, Dining and Bedroom will have mosaic tiles using Andhra chips or Ceramic with Ceramic tile skirting 4 high. Balconies will have ceramic tiles with ceramic tile skirting. Staircases, landing and foyer will have a combination of cadappa and tandoor blue or any other equivalent Ceramic tiles.

The kitchen and toilet will have Ceramic tile flooring as mentioned above.

Toilet : Each bathroom will be tiled with plain Ceramic tiles of required size of light colour to match the colour of the flooring, up to the sill level of the ventilators. Each toilet will be provided with an EWC (of Hindustan/parry make), one medium size W/B, one mixing tap with telephonic shower. One health faucet, one C.P towel rail, one medium size mirror, one soap tray will be provided. Drainage pipes necessary for sanitary connections will be provided. For water supply necessary G. I. / P. V. C. pipes will be provided. All the pipes will be concealed inside wherever possible.

Doors: One entrance door of size 3x7 will be provided for each flat. Doorframes will be of salwood/any equivalent of section 5x 2, with both side teak veneer shutter 30 mm thick. It will have one Mortice lock, 2 Aluminum powder coated handles (one inside and one outside), Iron oxidised hinges, Aluminum powder coated tower bolts, on door stopper and one magic eye.

Bedroom doors:- Doors of size 3x 6 10 with 4x 2 Salwood/any equivalent frame commercial flush shutters 30 mm thick and painted on both sides. Each door will have a Mortice lock. Iron oxidised hinges, Aluminum powder coated handles on both sides, tower bolts and one door stopper.

Balcony doors :- Doors of size 26x 7with a Salwood/any equivalent frame of section 4x2 with commercial shutters 30mm. Thick, painted on both sides, with iron oxidised hinges, one powder coated handle, one door stopper and aluminum powder coated tower bolts.

Painting : All the internal walls will be painted with an oil based distemper of a light colour. The ceiling will have white coloured oil based distemper. External walls will be painted with Snowcem or any equivalent paint.

Electrification : Concealed type copper wiring in PVC conduits with the requisite number of light / fan / power / wall points will be provided. Anchor/Lisha plain switches will be provided.

One Telephonic point Telephone junction box will be provided in the common area from which lines to the individual apartments will be drawn.

One T. V. point Cable TV cables from Roof top to the individual apartment will be concealed.

One sump of the required capacity for B.W.S.S.B water receiving / storage and one overhead tank with 2 chambers shall be provided.

One borewell with a pump set of the required capacity will be provided. Sump for BWSSB water with a pump water tank at the top will be provided for Borewell Water.
