Learning to Fly
Our most recent project in South Bangalore and is located at J P Nagar, Off the 100 feet road and close to the Gundappa Vishwanath Underpass. The property is around 3.7 acres and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Apartments planned in this project are designed such that spaces created are both functional and aesthetic. Both the external design and internal aspects have been planned with our core philosophy of integration with nature in mind. Apartments have terrace gardens into which living spaces open or have views.
We will have 210 homes in this project. The building will be Ground + 20 floors in height.
2 towers which are circular in shape comprise 84 three bedroom apartments while the central tower comprises 40 four bedroom apartments and 2 penthouses.
Shell RCC frame structure with masonry partitions. The height of each floor shall be 76 fromsiab to slab.
Living & Dining
High quality exposed brick masonry usirrg specialty procured high-strength terracotta wke-cut bricks and For stone masonry shal be provided for parts of the exteriors with deep-set waterproof pointing. For other parts and for the internal walls, terracotta blocks, table molded brick masonry or Aerocon blocks or Concrete block masonry with plaster shall be provided.
