FLOORING: Vitrified Tiles of 1' 6" x 1' 6" in hall, dining and 1' x 1' in other bed rooms and antiskid ceramic tiles in toilets.


PAINTING: Emulsion paint for internal walls and cement based waterproofing paint for external walls.


ELECTRICAL: Concealed copper wiring of standard company, electrification with adequate light and fan points and TV & Telephone points in hall and master bedroom.


Anchor / Roma switches will be provided. Switch and socket provosion for fridge, washing machines, mixer, geyser and A.C. in master bedroom will be provided.


KITCHEN: Kitchen platform shall be of black granite with steel sink 2 feet height glazed tiles above the kitchen platform. Provision for fixing of water purifier, 


BATHROOMS: Glazed tile dado up to 7 feet height is provided. Sanitary fittings of Hindware or equivalent make in white or ivory colour will be provided. CP bathroom fittings Jaquar will be used.
