The real estate market in Pune has scaled new heights over the last few years. DMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd presents DMK Stella a project that has been tickling buyers’ fancies for quite some time now. Spread over 7.98 acres, it has three towers with 15 floors in each tower.

A swimming pool, gymnasium, gazebo, clubhouse, and intercom provision for each flat are some of the amenities that residents here will enjoy. This also has an earthquake-resistant RCC-framed structure.

Namrata Ecocity 2.0, Talegaon Dabhade | Price: Rs 3,300 per sq. ft.
