Doors and Windows:
Entrance door will be of teak wood and other door frames are of teak wood . Except the entrance door other doors are readymade shutters. Window shutters will be of teak wood with M.S. Grill.

Plastered wall surfaces are applied with 2 coats putty of Birla wall putty and 2 coats of paint, all M.S.Steel and wood surface painted with enamel paint.

Water Supply:
A bore well with 1.5 HP jet pump with a overhead tank sufficiently sized. Water tanks are RCC and distributed through P.V.C. Pipes to the respective apartments. Ground water supply for all outlets in toilets, bath and kitchen sink and service.
Drinking water sump provided with a separate overhead tank and supplied to a single tap near the kitchen sink. Plumbing will be done from the sump, however no pump will be provided.

Electricity Supply and Wiring :
Energised with 3-phase power and a metre will be fixed in the electrical panel board in the portico with lock and key facility. Panel and breakers are of Legrand.
Concealed wiring with PVC insulated copper wires concealed steel switch boxes and plate type switches.

Telephone Cable will be provided from living and master bedroom up to a common junction point (tag block) at the gate or other suitable location.

Terrace Work
Roof terraces are finished with one-meter high parapet in bricks and weather proofed with pressed clay tiles, 1” thick brick jelly in lime mortar. Storm water drainage system will be provided using PVC pipes till the ground level.
