Refund Policy - RoofandFloor

Cancellation of Orders & Refund Policy:

The Company reserves the exclusive right to cancel/stop/modify/edit any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode.

Cancellation of orders by the client will be entertained by the Company only before the credit of the payments received through Cheques / Demand Drafts to the company’s account.

In case of receipts through online payment methods, no refund will be entertained or considered by the Company if:

1) The online payment transaction is unsuccessful / failed, or

2) After the purchase of the listing orders/packages by the client.

Any grievance regarding cancellation of order or refund, can be mailed to us @RAF-FINANCE. All such grievance will be disposed within 7 working days from the date of receipt and such disposal by the Company shall be final.
