Located approximately 35 kilometres away from Hyderabad city, Mokila’s biggest advantage is its proximity to HiTech City, IT hubs like Kokapet, and prime neighbourhoods like Gachibowli. Well-connected via the Outer Ring Road (ORR), Mokila has witnessed a consistent increase in prices in recent years. The airport is around 40 kilometres away but takes just under an hour to reach via the ORR while Nagulapalli and Shankarpalli railway stations, and Miyapur metro station are both within a 10-kilometre radius.
Mokila has affordable housing and social amenities, which has attracted young working professionals and families to the area. Prominent educational institutions in the vicinity include Indus International School, Oakridge, and Open Minds School while healthcare facilities like Tangatur Hospital and Medwin Hospital are close by.

Tellapur
Located in Medak district, Tellapur is one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Hyderabad due to its proximity to employment and IT hubs like Gachibowli, Kondapur and Madhapur making it an ideal place for IT professionals. Tellapur is only 16 kilometres away from HiTech City, 10 kilometres away from Gachibowli and just five kilometres away from the BHEL township.
The Mumbai Highway is only about a kilometre away while the airport is approximately 37 kilometres away. Connectivity improved substantially with the introduction of the MMTS, which has contributed to a spike in prices. But the place continues to remain affordable in comparison to others.
Tellapur is close to Hyderabad Central University and has schools like Manthan International and Glendale Creative Arts Academy. Healthcare options include Sai Balaji Children’s Clinic and Citizens Hospital.

Pocharam
The demand for residential real estate in Pocharam soared incredibly after the AP Housing Board set up the Singapore Township in 2005-06, which was a fully integrated and well-planned township comprising 2000 houses. Later, Infosys set up a 440-acre campus and with other IT companies following suit the area has seen increased commercial real estate activity, as well.
Located only 19 kilometres away from Hyderabad, Pocharam has good connectivity due to its proximity to the Warangal Highway. The State Government is currently working on scaling up transport facilities to Pocharam with development of new metro lines and wider roads. Pocharam already has a good social infrastructure comprising schools like ZPHS, and Sree Vidyanikethan International School as well as hospitals like Nature Cure and Janatha Hospital.

Bachupally
Bachupally is located around 14 kilometres away from HiTech City and close to prime areas like Madhapur, Kondapur and Hafeezpet. The area is already well-connected by the ORR and is set to improve further with the InterCity Bus Terminus coming up soon. Currently, it is well served by multiple railway stations, including Lingampally, Chandanagar, and Hafeezpet.
Bachupally is already a hotbed of employment activity with companies like Tech Mahindra and Anantha Cybertech having their presence nearby.

Located in Ranga Reddy district, Adibatla is a fast upcoming residential area that offers affordable properties in the Rs 20 lakhs to Rs 40 lakhs range. It is surrounded by mature neighbourhoods like Vanasthalipuram, LB Nagar, and Ibrahimpatnam. The area is part of the Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) project, which envisions multiple IT parks and SEZ development. Already, Adibatla has undergone a significant transformation from a village to a developing micro-market due to IT and aviation companies setting up offices in the area.
Adibatla is 20 kilometres away from the airport, and the nearest railway station is in Hyderabad, which is 22 kilometres away. It is also within three kilometres of the ORR, making it a very viable option for young professionals. Adibatla has a good social infrastructure in place with schools like Narayana Co Olympiad School and Narayana IIT Olympiad School.
