Great Indian Home Sale

The Great Indian Home Sale Records over 6,000 Registrations

Over 6,200 prospective homebuyers express interest in leading properties in Bangalore during the Great Indian Home Sale.

RoofandFloor hosted its annual home buying festival, The Great Indian Home Sale, (GIHS) to offer the best properties at attractive prices to Indian homebuyers. A total of 50 leading developers from Bangalore participated in GIHS, including Puravankara Limited, Provident Housing, Sobha Limited, Rohan Builders, and Shriram Properties.

The 10-day long carnival that began on 8 November was based on the ‘Name Your Price’ model, where homebuyers had an opportunity to state their price on the properties they liked. Buyers could also revise their offers any number of times. The key to GIHS’s success was that homebuyers received personalised assistance from expert Home Buying Advisors.

Over 6,200 homebuyers participated, out of which 1,200 buyers agreed for a site visit.

Shriram Properties and Provident Housing attracted the maximum interest for their properties.
GIHS saw a good mix of property types, including studio apartments, apartment, and villas. The size of the apartments listed ranged from 755-5,530 sq. ft.

Gowri Shankar Nagarajan, CEO and Co-Founder of RoofandFloor, said that GIHS as a concept clicks with homebuyers. “Our experts are handholding our homebuyers through the site visits, and we are looking to close a good number of deals by the end of 2018.”
