The platform allows you to connect with the builder through online chat. You can also submit your contact details and our team can facilitate smoother communication between you and the builder.
Do I need to register with RoofandFloor to be a part of trueview?
No. You can browse and chat without being registered with us. However, once you decide to contact a builder, registration is required.
Which builders are a part of trueview in Chennai and Bengaluru?
Popular builders in Chennai include Casagrand, The Nest Builders, Navin Housing & Properties (P) Ltd, TVS Emerald Haven Realty Ltd, among others.
In Bengaluru, you can select projects by NG Developers, ATZ Properties, Brigade Group, Prestige Group, Shriram Properties, among others.
What is the process to shortlist a project?

- Select your city
- After selecting your city, you can see the list of developers
- Select a developer to see their featured projects
- Once you finalise a project, you can request a call back from us or request information on your WhatsApp
- Once you submit your details, one of our property executives will call you to understand your requirements in details. Post that, your preferences and requirements will be shared with the builder, who will then contact you directly to take it forward
I like a project and want more information. How do I go about it?
