FAIRPRO 2016, the three-day property fair, was organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Coimbatore. The event was organized at the Coimbatore District Small Scale Industries Association’s (CODISSIA) Trade Fair Complex from July 1 to 3.
Instant loan approvals was one of the highlights of the event.
There were around 45 stalls with more than 40 builders showcasing over 100 residential properties including preapproved flats, villas, row houses and more – with instant loan approvals from five leading banks.
The three-day fair was inaugurated at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex on Friday by Jairam Varadaraj, Managing Director of Elgi Equipments. Kalpesh Bafna, CREDAI secretary and chairman of the CREDAI Fairpro committee, said that this year, the property fair witnessed the highest number of visitors.
