A Cushman and Wakefield report reveals that Hyderabad real estate put up a good show for yet another quarter in 2019. Bachupally is located in the Quthubullapur district, approximately 14 kilometres away from HiTech City. It is a rapidly expanding suburb close to prime areas like Madhapur, Kondapur and Hafeezpet and is connected to Hyderabad city via the Nizampet Road. It is also well-connected to other parts of Hyderabad and India due to the proximity of the Outer Ring Road, and NH-9.

The area is served by railway stations situated in Lingampally, Hafeezpet, Borabanda, and Chandanagar that are within a 15 to 17-kilometre radius. The airport is 45 kilometres away while the nearest metro station is at Miyapur, which is 9 kilometres away. The Nizampet metro that is in the pipeline is closer to Bachupally and is set to further ease commuting for the area’s residents.

Bachupally’s growth began due to the intense commercial activities brought about by the increasing presence of IT, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical companies. Well-known names include Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and the massive Tech Mahindra campus nearby.
